Google Play Store Not Working

Google checks the date and time of your Android smartphone for the Play Store. If the store does not find the time, it could cause some problems. Google servers may have difficulty synchronizing with your device and making your Play Store active.

To solve this problem, you must enter the Settings on your Android device. In System, you should see Date and time. Click on this and you will see if your phone is on the automatic date and time provided by your network. If it is not, you should activate it.

If your device is in automatic mode and your Google Play Store is still not working, you must manually set the date and time. You must first deactivate the automatic date and time. Then start by entering the date and time as accurately as possible. If this does not work, do not worry, there are still many more solutions for the Google Play Store not Working again.

Clear the Google Play Store cache

In some cases, you can make Play Store work again by simply emptying the cache. The cache is a storage area that temporarily stores the data so that it can be recovered quickly without the need to reload them. This could solve your problem and emptying it is easy.

First, enter Settings from the home screen of your smartphone. Then you must enter your application or application manager, it depends on your device. From there, you should be able to scroll down and click Clear cache or you may first have to go to Storage and then Clear cache.

Once you have completed this, go back to your Google Play Store and see if your problem has been resolved. If not, you should try one of the other solutions here.

Delete the data from your Play Store

Deleting your Play Store data is similar to our first tip, but erases a little more. Set the application again in box one and get rid of the saved information, hoping to include the erroneous data that was causing the problem.

Remember, when you do this, your files, settings, accounts, databases and other information will be deleted. You must ensure that you have the account login information, as it will be removed from the Google Play Store account.

To begin, go to your Settings and search for the applications or the application manager. From there, you should be able to scroll down to Clear data or enter Storage first and then Clear data.

Clear data and cache in Google Play Services

Play Store issues may be due to problems with Google Play Services. If Google Play Store is the heart of your Android device, then Google Play Services is your soul. Play Services is the mysterious process in the background that allows applications to communicate with different parts of your device, allowing them to synchronize, send push notifications, etc.

If the cleaning of the cache and data in your Google Play Store did not work, you may need to log in to your Google Play Services and delete the data and the cache there. Doing this is easy.

You need to enter your Settings and press Application Manager or Applications. From there, find the Google Play Services application (the puzzle piece). Depending on your device, you should be able to press the Clear Cache button or you may need to enter Storage first and then press Clear Cache. If that does not solve the problem, return to this page and press Manage space or Manage storage, then touch Clear all data.
