1. Project Title : Simulation of MQTT protocol
Project Description : MQTT protocol is simulated with Cooja simulator in
Contiki OS. MQTT-based system architecture is developed with MQTT
subscriber, MQTT Publisher and MQTT Broker. Through the boundary router
these nodes communicate. In the port of 1883, MQTT Broker listens and
creates a link with the subscriber and publisher.
2. Project Title : Trust based Secure Routing in IoT
Project Description : Parent chosen for data transmission through DODAG
framework offers reliability through ETX measurement in information
routing. But if a parent launches packet dropping attack, parent selection
criteria can not detect it. Thus, trust estimation for parent node is performed
through its packet forwarding statistics in the suggested job and is chosen
on the basis of confidence.
3. Project Title : Energy Efficient RPL in IoT
Project Description : RPL is a Low Power Lossy Networks Distance Vector
IPv6 routing protocol working on the Destination Oriented Directed Acyclic
Graph (DODAG) structure based on metrics such as ETX[ Expected
Transmissions] values. Best parent is chosen based on ETX and information
is transferred via best parent in order to use more secure root routes.
