Key points:          

Job description: write a detailed job description

Marketing plan: where are you going to place your add?

How to apply: fax, email, in person

Who can apply: selection process: certifications, time availability, repelling those who do not fit your team culture

Interview process: Strengths test, questions ready, set time and place, take notes, example of work

Once hired: 3 month trial basis with 3 month contract

Once 3 months is up, permanent, resign contract
