The pursuit of a healthy lifestyle has become an extremely important need in recent years. On all sides, we are surrounded by harmful compounds contained in air, water and, above all, food.

Minimizing them becomes so difficult that we often simply don't have the time or knowledge to deal with them. Today, we will tell you how to implement several healthy habits and replace products full of artificial, chemical additives with healthier, natural replacements.

Start with food

It's a real mine of...harmful compounds. Today, it is much easier and faster to buy processed food, in cans or foil packaging, than natural food without any artificial additives.

What can we do? For example, we can use seasonal vegetables and fruit to make our own, healthy and natural products from them. From tomatoes we can get excellent ketchup or juice, apples are perfect as sandwich mousse or in the form of dried slices - as a snack between meals.

Let's buy meat in an organic farm. It's worth to buy more, to serve it and to freeze it. We can do the same with fish.

Fixes, spice mixtures and ready-made dishes from the bag should disappear from our diet forever. We can prepare all this by ourselves. Just get a mortar and your favourite dried (or fresh) spices and grind your favourite taste combinations.

Muesli unhealthy? The one we used to buy in stores - yes, because it contains additional flavour enhancers and preservatives as well as unhealthy glucose and fructose syrup.

Homemade Muesli is very simple to prepare: just buy oatmeal, expanded amaranth, flaxseed (ground), nuts (can be Italian or cashewed), sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries or raisins. Mix it all properly and eat it for breakfast with milk, kephir or natural yoghurt.

But it's natural.

Instead of spending a fortune on various types of medicines for headaches, cleansing, weight loss, strengthening, etc., it is enough to look for suitable ingredients in your food or modify your diet. Instead of taking another headache pill, it is better to make some herbs, for example willows. In turn, if we want to cleanse the body, we should use natural methods in the form of birch infusions, burdock, artichoke or even green tea.

If you suffer from a variety of health problems, acupuncture, which has been used for centuries to treat many diseases, can be an alternative to medicines.

These are just a few examples of how we can easily eliminate unhealthy relationships from our lives. It is worthwhile to train in this subject and strive to completely replace processed food with its natural, ecological equivalents. Our body will quickly thank us for this.
