Method 4: Reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud with Admin Privileges
Installing Adobe Creative Could app with a standard account and privileges could cause security issues with the app as well as with the system. Windows 10 is using several security restrictions to protect your device from being accessed by third-party apps, even including trusting apps like Adobe Creative Cloud, and for that reason, sometimes the app doesn’t work well when installed without admin privileges. In this method, you have to install the Adobe Creative Cloud app in the same way as you did in the method 2, but this time make sure you are logged in to your system as an administrator. Also, don’t launch the installation exe file just normally, instead right-click on the Adobe Creative Cloud installer .exe and then choose the Run as administrator option. Once the installation completes, reboot the computer and see if the error resolved.
