Arvind Kejriwal said that the scheme has been announced so that women have safe travel experience in Delhi.
So, they have safe travel experience and can access modes of transport which they were not able to, due to high prices.”
DTC Bus Free For Women: Delhi CM Kejriwal rolled out the free bus ride scheme for women travellers on the occasion of Bhai dooj, and his promoted this scheme as a Bhaidooj gift for all women of Delhi.
While most of the women are loving this scheme, there are a few who are calling it a bait to win the Delhi Elections.
The CM has also decided to ride on the DTC busses to meet Delhi Women and to ask for their feedback and suggestions on how the government can help Delhiites.
