Lunges- in order to do lunges Yorba Linda Gym, it is important to have lots of endurance. Very slowly, take a step forward and have your back knee resting just above the ground, your front leg forming a right angle with your knee. Hold this pose for about 5 seconds, and then take another step. Keep repeating this step until you have done 10-20 steps. Rest your legs for about a minute, and take some water. When you are ready, repeat the process 2 more times. Then, move on to the next exercise.
