Picos de Europa
These are a mountain run stretching out for around 20 km (12 mi), shaping piece of the Cantabrian Mountains in northern Spain. The Central and Western massifs are isolated by the 1.5 kilometers (0.93 mi) profound Cares Gorge (Garganta del Cares), with the town of Caín at its head. The waters in the Cares generally emerge from cavern resurgences. A portion of the water in the Cares waterway is occupied through a hydroelectric plan, with a channel running in the northern mass of the crevasse to Camarmeña. An entrance way close to the waterway gives a breathtaking walk.
