Joining the ranks with Counter-Strike and PUBG, Call of Duty has proven itself as one of the most played games in the world. Call of Duty made a venture into the mobile gaming world with its immensely successful Call of Duty: Mobile game along with its numerous seasons that have been keeping gamers excited.

The coming season of Call of Duty: Mobile is rumored to be right around the corner and through various insider information and leaks, we have a basic idea of what we can expect from season 8

Changes in the new season

As per the rumors, the High Rise map will be included in the season along with a few cosmetic changes to the close-quarters map. These changes will allow mobile players better gameplay and an even playing field. Apart from this, most of the areas of the map will remain the same including the iconic helipad that is located in the center of the map. An old nemesis is touted to make a comeback in this season. Vladimir Makorov, who was seen in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and 3, will be the new villain this season. This was confirmed by a leaked image that was posted Call of Duty: Mobile’s Southeast Asian publisher Garena.

How much will the battle pass cost?

If previous seasons are to go anything by, this season’s battle pass will also cost the same $9.99 or 800 COD Points. If someone wishes to get a head-start by unlocking the first 25 tiers, they have the option of buying a premium pass that will cost $24.99 or 2000 COD Points. The battle pass is a fun way to get access to new skins, weapons, operators, vanity items, and XP boosts and for dedicated gamers, this is a must-have. The battle pass has made it easy for the gamers to be hooked on to the game due to its ever-changing model which doesn’t bore the gamers after a while.

In the popular game, there will be a new area named Safe House. The safe house shall be located in the Black Market. To access this, you will have to enter the Battle Royale mode.
