Saskatchewan after holding a draw invited 621 candidates into the province. The draw was held on the September 15, 2020. Saskatchewan invited foreign skilled immigrants in 2 categories. One is Occupations in-demand program and Express Entry program. Saskatchewan’s immigration program is one of its kind in Canada. Each of the factors mentioned above are important to determine the score of the profile. There is a set minimum and maximum score that is defined for each of the above mentioned factors and the score will be determined on few set parameters. It is important that the applicants’ job domain should be part of the current list of hot Jobs in Saskatchewan.
Such applicants who have been successful in clearing this evaluation process will receive an Invitation to Apply from the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program. Once they get their ITA, the applicants will have to submit their application. Such applicants will get a nomination from the province. Such a nomination helps the immigrants apply for Canada permanent residency with the IRCC.
