The climbing shoes are those shoes, which are specially designed for climbing on rock. They have close fitting and padding effect, which provide cozy feeling to the feet. They are designed with sticky rubber with an extended rubber rand. The extended rubber rand makes your walking easy while climbing.

These days climbing shoes are crafted with the pattern of multi-piece, which prevent ones feet from jerks.  Types of repair

  • Half resole

In this type of repair, half of the sticky rubber sole is removed from the climbing shoes and the old rubber sole is replaced by the brand new sole. This brings the worn and sharp edges of the shoes. The best part of this repair is, you get the original and new look to your climbing old shoes.

  • The Rand repair

The second form of repair is Rand repair. In this form of repair, the thin covering of the rubber is given to the shoes. The old rubber are removed from the toe and slice of new rubber is placed on the old the removed rubber. This makes climbing shoe resole with the thin layer of brand new rubber. This makes your shoes again ready for hooking. The brand new rubber of your shoes is able to protect your toes from heavy jerks.

When do you need a repair?

It is really important to judge the perfect condition of your shoes. According to the condition of the shoes, you can apply repairing of the shoes. The shoes with fresh sticky rubber and crip edge are the look of your brand new climbing shoes. When the shoes are worn out to the full thickness of the rubber and the thickness of the sole come to end.
