KLJ the polymer manufacturing company recently branched out in the real estate development with their Housing project in Sector 77 of the Greater Faridabad area.

KLJ Greens is one off the best high-rise residential projects in Group housing in the Faridabad area. The Group housing project consists of apartments of 2BHK +1, 3 BHK +1 and 4 BHK +1 configuration spread out over 21 towers concentrated in a 51-acre total land area. The project consists of 1064 residential units offering some of the best facilities.  The super area ranges from 1343 square feet to a very spacious 2339 square foot.

The location in the sector 77 is very close to the public transport system connecting it to the capital within short time.  The project is just a few minutes drive from the Escorts Mujesar Metro Rail station. It is just a short minute drive from KLJ Greens.

The developer has used the best possible construction materials to give the apartments a very modern and stylish look.  Vitrified tile floors for the apartments and anti-skid tiles for the balcony and bathroom areas ensure safety and the glamorous look. A granite counter in the kitchen with a stainless-steel sink gives it a classy look. Powder coated aluminium windows and door frames make the look very sophisticated.

KLJ Greens is very well connected to the capital of India. The Faridabad Delhi  Badarpur border is just 12 to 15 kms from the Group housing project. The international airport is connected easily via the Faridabad Gurgaon Expressway in almost an hour instead of going via Delhi.  The Railway stations are can be reached in about one hour and fifteen minutes.

Considering all these factors the prices of the flats at 38 to 68 lacs for the largest flat seems to be very economical and reasonable.

The builders have provided the project with all the modern community facilities which provide for a comfortable life in a closed community. The whole project is enclosed by a wall with a gated security from its inception.  Paved pathways and plenty of green spaces. There is a central landscaped park with arrangements for the seniors to enjoy a peaceful discussion. There are walking and jogging tracks. A fully equipped recreational club for use of the residents. A temple, a community centre a kid play area and health care centre are all available. Each small detail has been taken care of. There are lifts in the towers backed by 24-hour power backup in case of power failure or load shedding.

Besides the inhouse facilities the project is well connected to the medical facilities in the city. The nearest hospital is the Sarvodaya at Sector 8. This is just a short five-minute drive. The Fortis Escorts hospital is also not very far. It hardly takes 10 minutes to reach it. Besides these two there are the Asian Institute of medical sciences and the Metro which are also accessible quite easily. These hospitals have been providing for the medical emergencies in Faridabad since many years and will soon be augmented with the latest gem called the Amrita. This 2000 bed super healthcare facility is expected to be open in the spring of 2021 in a few months.

The whole of the Greater Faridabad belt also has a very high number of prime educational facilities taking care of the studies of the young citizens of the country. The Delhi Public School heads these with three branches in the city.  The Modern School and the Sriram Millennium School also vie with each other in terms of their reputations as institutions of excellence.

Commercial complexes are within easy reach of KLJ Greens project. Many new commercial complexes have already opened up in the “Neharpar” area of Faridabad and there are endless opportunities for the residents to enjoy a bit of entertainment in the form of cineplexes, restaurants and pubs.
