The campaign emerges as the first step by Nebeus towards completing a ‘Series A’ investment round.
Proceeds from this campaign will be leveraged to expand its reach and introduce new products and services, like the brand-new Nebeus Mastercard, planned for Q1 2021. Nebeus is all set to launch its Mastercard in partnership with RailsBank – the open API banking platform.
Nebeus plans to apply for an Electronic Money Institution License in the UK before the end of 2020. Investors investing in this crowdfunding campaign will be able to take a 205 discount plus 8% interest on Nebeus’ future Series A investment round planned for 2021. The principal sum of both the investments, respectively, plus 8% interest, will convert into equity shares at a 20% discount to the price of Nebeus shares during the Series A round. Moreover, Nebeus will acknowledge its crowdfunding investors with unique perks, depending on their investment size.
