Outpatient Alcohol Rehab Treatment at our Facilities

At the United Recovery Project, we offer outpatient services for different types of addictions with our various treatment programs. You can continue to live at home while receiving treatment. Programs last between 1 to 3 months, depending on several factors such as the severity of the addiction, the substance abuse, and the length of time one has been abusing the substance.

The outpatient program is best suited for you if:

  • You have already been through the detox process or do not require one
  • You are healthy, physically
  • You have a supportive family and friends and a safe home environmental
  • You have not experienced a relapse

An assessment is done, that may include an evaluation of your current home situation,

Our Outpatient Alcohol Programs

Our Outpatient programs are recovery-oriented and therapeutic and are available during the day and in the evenings to cater to those that have to maintain family, school, and work schedules while still receiving treatment. The major components of the outpatient treatment program include;

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs)

This kind of treatment is designed for patients that have addiction problems and suffer from mental health issues but do not require the intensity of a partial hospitalization program or the 24-hour care usually provided at residential treatment facilities. These treatments are scheduled for 3-hour treatments 3-5 days a week. They offer support meetings, skill-building activities, training, education, and supervised medication management

Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs)

This is considered an alternative to inpatient care if it is implemented before symptoms become unmanageable. Others refer to it as a “step-down” option from inpatient treatment. PHP treatment sessions run for about 6 hours a day, 5 days a week.

PHPs entail working with counselors and clinicians with the treatments including medication, group and family meetings, recreational activities, wellness education, holistic and behavioral therapies.

Outpatient Alcohol Addiction Treatment

Alcohol addiction is one of the most difficult addictions to overcome. Addiction treatment involves helping an addict recognize and learn to avoid triggers and end dangerous drinking habits. If you have a stable home environment and a supportive network of friends and family, this is the best choice of addiction program for you.

Your program may include:

  • Education and skill-building
  • Family meetings
  • Group support sessions
  • Individual therapy
  • Medication assistance.

Our alcohol addiction treatment programs facilitate meetings with specialists who will teach you coping skills and relapse prevention that you can, later on, apply in your day to day life to stay sober.

Ongoing Care & Support

Our team at the United Recovery Project offers care and support groups to individuals that have completed the treatment program to help them keep their sobriety momentum. We also help you get and stay connected to alumni programs, and Alcoholics Anonymous groups where you can easily find support from people with similar experiences to yours.
