Soha Developers have been the latest entrants to the real estate market in Faridabad with their pilot project of affordable plots in Faridabad.

Neal city in sector 98 is a project of plots under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana of the Haryana Government to provide affordable housing to all by 2022.  Different sizes of plots ranging from a size of 110 sq. yards to 160 sq. yards are available in a total project area of 13.59 acres for this purpose. All plots in Neal city Faridabad are passed for building structures of S + 4 construction as per the laws of Haryana Government.  The main attraction of the project is that it is just adjacent to an upcoming 500-acre Golf Course which will ensure clean and pollution free environment.

Sector 98 is located in the heart of the developing area of Greater Faridabad. The sector is just about 13 kms from the Faridabad Badarpur border and it takes approximately 15 to 17 minutes to drive from the border to Neal City. From the nearest metro station at Neelam Ajronda the project is only a 5-minute drive. Connectivity to the FNG Expressway takes just two minutes. This Expressway connects Faridabad to Noida in quick time.

Price for plots in Neal city fluctuate between 25500 to 26000 per square yard depending on location of the plot. Loans can be availed through banks as per terms and conditions and there is also a subsidy of 2.67 lacs depending on eligibility.

Soha Developers have made this a walled community and will be providing the necessary facilities to the buyers.  There is to be total manned security at the gate and inside the compound. There will also be CCTV Coverage throughout the complex. 400 trees have been planted throughout the complex to give it green cover. Water supply is guaranteed for 24 hours a day. They will provide paved streets and street lighting. A landscaped garden is to be provided with tracks for walking or running. There is provision for a community centre and also for a commercial segment in the centre to provide shops to cater to the daily needs of the customers or clients. Rainwater harvesting system will be installed in keeping with the eco requirements of modern times.

Neil city is at a very convenient position with regard to its connectivity to the medical infrastructure of Faridabad. From sector 98 it takes just ten minutes to reach the Fortis Escorts hospital which is the oldest Hospital in the city. Besides this there are other hospitals in the city which are also equally accessible like the Asian institute of medical sciences and the metro heart Institute. Another large 2000 bedded hospital is going to be operational in sector 88 very shortly and this will be the largest hospital in whole of Asia not only in India. This will enhance the value of the holdings and the plots immensely in the coming year or so.

Schools are another important factor in the real estate valuation. There are more than 16 schools in the area surrounding Sector 98. The Delhi Public school is also having a branch in sector 98 and this school is well known throughout the country. There are other well reputed schools like the Aravalli International and the Sriram millennium school which also have tremendous following due to their excellent results in the exams.
