What is a heat exchanger?

Simply put, a heat exchanger is a device that transfers heat from one medium to another.
A hydraulic oil cooler or sample removes heat from hot oil using cold water or air. Another method of heat exchanger in a swimming pool is to use hot water from a boiler or solar hot water circuit to heat the pool water. Heat transfer is done by moving exchangers without mixing or direct contact between them.
The shell-and-tube heat exchanger passes liquids through the tube and tube, where as a heat exchanger it cools the air and cools the air through the core of the fins to cool a liquid.

You can find heat exchangers in a variety of places, usually to heat or cool buildings or to help engines and machines run more efficiently. Refrigerators and air conditioners, for example, use heat exchangers in the opposite way from central heating systems: they do not dissipate heat from a chamber or room where it is wanted and pump it away in a fluid to a Another place where it can be poured out of the coolant is completely enclosed in a network of pipes, so it does not actually come into contact with air: it takes heat energy from the indoor air and releases it into the outside air. It releases, but never mixes directly with that air.

Types of heat exchangers
There are different types of heat exchangers that are divided according to their application.

Shell and Tube heat exchanger

Shell and tube heat exchangers consist of a large number of small tubes housed inside a cylindrical shell. The tubes are inserted into the cylinder using a tube bundle or "tube stack" that can have fixed tube plates (permanently fixed on the body), or in the case of a Heat Exchange a floating tube stack that can be extended. It has pipe packages.

Plate heat exchanger
Plate heat exchanger ( مبدل حرارتی صفحه ای ) work like single-shell and tube heat exchangers, using a series of stack plates instead of tubes. Plate heat exchangers are usually narrow or washer depending on the application and the liquids used. Compact stainless steel construction makes them an ideal choice for use with refrigerants or in food and beverage processing.

Air cooled heat exchanger
In a variety of air-cooled heat exchangers, the fluid flow tubes are surrounded by heat transfer fins, usually in car radiators, fan coil radiators, refrigerator coils, and heat coils, which are a permanent source of water. Not available used.

Inlet and outlet temperatures
Temperature passage is a term used to describe a scenario in which the temperature of both circuits in a cooled liquid heat exchanger begins to pass. This can be an important factor in the design of heat exchangers because with the passage of temperature, the efficiency of an air conditioner is significantly reduced. In many cases, the plate heat exchanger is the best option for applications that can not prevent the passage of temperature.
