Make-up artists are an essential part to any TV, Film, Theatre or Fashion production. You may be a complete beginner or already have experience. Many artists and designers wish to enhance or consolidate existing skills in order to open up new areas of expertise or to produce better quality work within their own specialist area.
Creative Make-Up Skills are an essential part to any Make-Up Brand and the individual fashion image they want to achieve for make-up looks for their client’s, transforming actors into the parts that they are playing or creating editorial/ catwalk looks for models.
Whilst on programme candidates will be shadowing and carrying out work experience assisting a variation of make-up artists. You will gain valuable insight, develop your portfolio, build a network of contacts and demonstrate your commitment to the profession. Observation is one of the best ways to learn skills and techniques. You will leave Naillounge Training with a self-made portfolio showcasing your work. This has been incredibly useful for our past graduates in launching their career and enabling them to gain paid work. We believe this professional development module to be of the utmost importance.
