Method To Perform an Advanced Search:

In this from the Endpoint Protection panel, you need to tap on the Advanced Search button which is located in the upper right corner of the panel. Now, the Advanced Search panel appears on your screen. Then in the Agent version field, you need to enter the agent number. Here from the Agent Language drop-down menu, you need to select from a pre-set list of supported languages. Next from the VM drop-down menu, you need to select one of the following: Yes — This is the default or No. After this, in the Device MID field, you need to enter the unique Webroot-based identifier for the device. Then in the Instance MID field, you need to enter the Webroot-based identifier for the instance. Here in the Current User field, you need to enter the name of the current user. Now in the Public IP Address field, you need to enter the public IP address. At this point, in the Internal IP Address field you need to enter the internal IP address. Next from the Workgroup drop-down menu, you need to select from a pre-set list of available workgroups. Then in the MAC Address field, you need to enter the address of the MAC. At last, just tap on the Submit button in order to filter the results.

Now, the Management Portal will show you all the endpoints which match the search in the right panel.
