Are your taste buds getting tired of the same ole smoothie routine?

It is a very beneficial health habit to have a green smoothie every day, but it sure can get redundant if you have the same recipe all the time. Check out these delicious smoothie recipes, they are sure to tickle your taste buds with deliciousness!

Each smoothie is packed full of nutrients, antioxidants, and ingredients to help nourish your body. Perfect for breakfast, post workout or any time of the day!

I personally prefer a vegan protein, such as Genuine health Fermented Vegan Protein, Sunwarrior protein, or Iron Vegan Protein. They are much easier to digest, and going with a vegan protein usually means you avoid the synthetic ingredients most whey proteins have.

 

Key Lime Pie Shake


½ avocado

Juice from 1 lime

2 tsp lime zest

1 scoop vanilla whey

¼ tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

1-2 packets stevia (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender and blend till well combined!

 

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie


1/3 cup frozen baked cubed yam

1 scoop vanilla (or unflavored) protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Pumpkin pie spice (to taste)

Extra cinnamon

Vanilla stevia (optional)

Blend baby blend and enjoy!!

Optional: you may add ½ frozen banana as well.

 

Chocolate Cherry Protein Smoothie


1 scoop either chocolate or vanilla protein powder

Chocolate unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp cacao powder

½ tsp cacao nibs

½ cup frozen unsweetened cherries

1 handful fresh spinach

Chocolate stevia to taste (optional)

Blend all and enjoy!

Can add organic peanut or almond butter for an extra treat.

 

Blueberry Spirulina Smoothie


1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp spirulina

½ cup frozen blueberries

Vanilla unsweetened almond milk

1 handful fresh greens (spinach works best)

Vanilla stevia to taste (optional)

Blend all and enjoy!

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie


1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 cup almond milk

1 frozen banana

1 tsp cocao powder

1 tbsp’s peanut butter (all natural is best)

4-5 ice cubes

Blend until smooth, enjoy it nice and thick with a spoon!
