In 2014 the Government of Haryana released the Master Plan for Faridabad for the year 2031. This plan envisages a total population of about 3.9 million by the year 2031 which is almost double of the  estimated population of 2.0 millions in 2021. To house this massive increase in this satellite town of the Capital New Delhi  there is a tremendous amount of construction activity going on in the city. More land has been acquired in the Greater Faridabad belt to develop at least 20 further sectors. Many of the major construction companies of India have come out with their various residential projects in different categories. Amongst them is the BPTP which is coming out with a number of plotted projects.

The BPTP Group has now come out with their latest projects of plotted development in sector 88 Faridabad. This project consists of 300+ plots in different sizes from 250 sq. yards up to 500 sq.yards. These plots are all passed for the construction of structures of S + 4 as per the latest construction laws in Haryana. These residential plots in Faridabad  are highly suited for large families as well as for private builders wishing to construct Private Builder Floors . The stilts will allow for the parking facilities under the stilts.

The BPTP District Plots in sector 88 are not envisaged as a closed and walled project so there will be security available only vide CCTV cameras. The BPTP is already developing the Infrastructure like laying of sewage lines etc.  The project is to be provided with paved roads in the inner lanes. Street lighting is already being installed.  Water supply is to be ensured for 24 hours a day.  There are also going to be two gardens in the centre one small one and one large garden. There is a provision for a commercial area to act as a market to the residents for catering to their daily needs. There are also provisions for a community centre and a milk and vegetable booth.

The location of the plots is very convenient and also in a sector which is going to see tremendous development. The sector is just about 12 kms from the Delhi Faridabad border and it can be reached in 15 minutes from the border. The nearest Metro station is at Badhkal More and is just under 10 minute drive from the plotted development. The sector is going to be the site of the largest hospital in the country called the Amrita. The hospital is already nearing completion and is expected to be fully operational in the next few months.
If you are looking and worried about the education of your kids there are at least 16 excellent schools in an area of around 5 kms from the plotted project. The schools like the Modern Delhi Public School have good reputations and there are others like the MVN School and the Modern School in very easy reach. So finding a school for your child is the least of your problems in Greater Faridabad.

Prices for the  BPTP district Plots in sector 88 are in the range of 1.10 crores and going up to 1.5 crores. Bank loans can be applied for with the participating bankers.
