ঢাকা: পাকিস্তানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী ইমরান খান জানিয়েছেন, কাশ্মির ইস্যুতে পরমাণু শক্তিধর দুদেশ ভারত ও পাকিস্তান যুদ্ধে জড়িয়ে পড়তে পারে। তিনি জানান, গতানুগতিক যুদ্ধে অপেক্ষাকৃত বড় সামরিক শক্তির দেশ ভারতের সঙ্গে পাকিস্তান হারতেও পারে। কিন্তু এটাই উপসংহার নয়। এক্ষেত্রে পরমাণু অস্ত্রের ব্যবহারকে  ইঙ্গিত করেন ইমরান। তবে পাকিস্তান প্রতিপক্ষ ভারতের আগে পরমাণু যুদ্ধ শুরু করবে না বলেও প্রতিশ্রুতি দেন তিনি।

পাকিস্তানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, আমি এ বিষয়ে নিশ্চিত যখন দুটি পারমাণবিক শক্তিধর রাষ্ট্র যুদ্ধে জড়াবে শেষটা পরমাণু যুদ্ধের মাধ্যমে হতে পারে। যদি বলি, গতানুগতিক যুদ্ধে আমরা হারতে পারি এবং আমাদের সামনে দুটি সিদ্ধান্ত আসবে। হয়ত আত্মসমর্পণ বা মৃত্যুর আগ পর্যন্ত স্বাধীনতার জন্য লড়ে যাওয়া। আমি জানি পাকিস্তান দ্বিতীয়টি বেছে নেবে। আর যখন মুক্তির আগ পর্যন্ত লড়াইয়ের সিদ্ধান্ত কোনো পারমাণবিক শক্তিধর দেশ নিবে, সেখানে অনেক কিছুই বলার বাকি থাকছে।

গত শুক্রবার পাকিস্তান-শাসিত কাশ্মিরে ভাষণ দিয়েছেন পাকিস্তানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী ইমরান। তিনি বলেন, বিদ্যমান কাশ্মির পরিস্থিতিতে চরমপন্থিদের তৎপরতা বাড়বে। মানুষও ভারতের বিরুদ্ধাচরণ করবে। কাশ্মির সমস্যার সমাধান না হলে আন্তর্জাতিক সম্প্রদায় বিশ্ববাণিজ্য সংকটে ভুগাবে বলেও সতর্ক করেন ইমরান।
