This is one training that everyone who carries a gun should undergo.

It was an awesome night shoot felicitated by the CCW Socal group to help us practice shooting in low-light.

It lets you test not only your shooting skills, but also your accuracy with respect to using flashlights, speed, and performance.

I constantly hear Shooter’s talking about how they’ve got night sights on their gun or they have an optic or they have a weapon light but in my opinion, the truth is simply that until you utilize those components with your weapon system, you can’t expect to really know how they function under stress.

Just because you can see your front sight, does it mean there’s another light on the target for you to confidently gauge? Is your red dot so bright that it washes your target out in the window at night? These are the things that you should understand before leaving the house with a firearm.

If you own a shooting gear, you must also know it’s capabilities.Do you know how to utilize your weapon light so you’re not bleeding and negligently discharging light everywhere putting yourself and those around you in danger? These are just some of the considerations I wanted to present to you guys.

Here’s a very important field note – remember when you’re on a detail, your success is very much dependent on the team’s success.

Keep in mind, that sometimes, your client might just get rid of one amongst you but there’s also a probability that your client might bring in a new company. So, put to death all insignificant squabbles between yourselves that come from competition mindsets.

Always remember that the longer you guys function as a team, you can achieve more and be secured.

With everything we are facing as a nation and all of the changes that are taking place extremely rapidly within American culture, I am truly honored that Mike Glover is doing what he is doing in the world.

With an extensive background and army special forces, the CIA, and creating counterterrorist task forces, Mike has lived a life that has prepared him to make the types of contributions American news needs right now.

Between fieldcraft survival and American contingent just to name a few, he has created a full spectrum of organizations that can truly help Americans not only be prepared but also require the training they need to be forced multipliers to protect themselves and their families during times of disaster and turbulence.

Mike is a different type of leader with a full spectrum of tools that I rarely see in one person.

His experience, intellect, ability to teach and speak along with his real-world experience to make him one of the kind.

Additionally, with the experience, he’s had out in the field creating and managing successful teams an austere environment has given him the ability to run his multiple corporations and an extremely high-levelbenefits to the end-user that are rarely seen these days.

Protector Nation Podcast EP15: Build Yourself UpI have always spoken of firearms as the ultimate equalizer.

It doesn’t matter how strong, weak, big, or small, if you know how to use a gun, you have a say on the outcome of a situation with regards to humans.

This is why I believe all females should really take a serious understanding of how to use multiple weapon systems but in this case Firearms specifically.Gina is a woman who has chosen to do something in order to empower new shooters and most specifical women on their journey of becoming confident with Firearms.

What I respect about her is simply that she hasn’t chosen to wait until she’s perfect for the most involved with regards to combat arts but she’s chosen to train with and train others while she’s on her journey. The results are truly priceless as she has assembled her shooting club and has positively impacted the lives of many new shooters.

I wanted to have her on the show for this episode in order to discuss the best way to get female shooters started, great pistols for females, and grace other subjects along those lines.

The reality simply is that we all know women we would like to keep safe and to teach to defend themselves and this episode will give all of us insight on how to do that more effectively.

This is all about the executive protection lifestyle.

Recently I took a course with the CCW Socal security company headed by Tim Kelly.

His course has helped my team navigate several quals that were pertinent for us to prove our efficiency, and handling of the firearms.

We knocked out local law enforcement quals, federal level quals, local CCW quals, and we made sure to find an instructor with a solid background that certifies shooters for many different organizations.

We did this in order to hedge ourselves against any liability and it’s something I have been hearing more and more teams are doing.I know it could be difficult to get your team out but I want to encourage you to try and get your people out to train if you’re seriously preparing for an arms encounter.

I’d also like to thank Tim and John for the wonderful job they’ve done.

Training with Zach Smith was a blast figuratively and literally.

Anytime I can sit under an accomplished shooter is an absolute honor for me because every single one of them gives me high-quality information that makes me better if I can implement it.On this day and in this brief session with Zach he explained to me how shooting well has so much to do with simply doing one thing really good at a time… This really revolutionizes the way I’ve been shooting and moving because I’ve been trying to do it all at the exact same time.

I always got the key to go in faster was executing on many different tasks simultaneously and in some ways that have something to do with it.However, I noticed a distinct as I began focusing on every little step a bit more as I executed our drills.

I found that when I did everything correctly things may have felt slower but they were, in fact, smoother, faster, and more accurate…I love the process of learning and getting better.

This training with Zak was worth the time and money and if you have a chance to go train with him at Prado on Wednesday, definitely do it.

The caveat is that you get to shoot the Wednesday night steel match right afterward!PROTECTOR by Nature and by Trade– BYRON

Ryan has worked all over the Rock and Pop scene of the entertainment executive protection industry.

He’s been at it for over 20 years and so he is a wealth of knowledge.

He also started in his early 20s around 22 years old so he’s grown up in this game…Growing up in this game is almost like evolving in dog years when it comes to what we do.

Many professionals dabble in and out of executive protection for many years before getting on a full-time contract, and so while they may claim to do Executive Protection it is simply that, they don’t make a living providing Executive Protection, they just do it every once in a while.Guys like myself and Ryan have only had maybe one other job just for a few years of our entire adulthood.

This interview showcases the depth of his understanding of the lifestyle he’s lived for the past 20 years all over the world in the shadows of people you all know the names of.Even after living a life with so much access, experience, and operating at the top of the entertainment industry, Ryan is a down to earth guy who will tell you straight up “check your ego or it will get you checked“ not only do I always appreciate that but we all need to hear it from time to time!

This episode was taken from a live session I did inside of the Executive Protection lifestyle Facebook group.

The EPL Facebook group is where it all started.

At first, it was a dream simply to create a place where Executive Protection agents could share opportunities and industry tips tricks, and tactics with one another.

It quickly grew and became much more than that as people started continually learning, sharing, and growing within our profession together there. As a result, I started this podcast which has turned into a beautiful project where I’m able to make contributions to the industry through those who will listen to help us all hopefully perform on higher and higher levels.

This is important because it improves the quality of our deliverables to our clients which brings honor back to us as service providers and that has always been my ultimate goal.I am now honored to have developed the Executive Protection Training Day Success Package which really represents the most holistic and robust training, networking, marketing, and placement opportunity that I’m aware of in our industry from a purely digital standpoint.Naturally, I won’t stop there but this is where things are right now and there’s no time to understand how to be digitally competitive and dynamic with regards to helping your career out such as this present time.

I go deep into tactics around getting into the game of executive protection in this interview and I also speak about some tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years that should help most professionals who tune in.

Many people take the view that “I made the money and I should be able to give it to whoever I want in my will”.

Some people even regard this as a natural right.

However, since the 1800’s governments have sought to make provisions for needy people who have been left out of wills or breaking the will. The range of possible applicants is wide.

It is not just spouses and infant children but also the following:a person who was living in a de-facto relationship with the deceased person;children, regardless of age;a former husband or wife;a person who was:wholly or partly dependent on the deceased person; anda member of the deceased person’s household at any time; anda person who was living in a “close personal relationship” with the deceased person. The Succession Act in New South Wales is the law that allows these classes of applicants to make claims should they be able to establish that they have a need.

The Government considers that they are striking a balance in Wills and estates between making proper provision for the maintenance and support of people who should have such provision made for them on the one hand, and reasonable freedom of disposition on the other.Any claim must be made within 12 months of the death of the deceased. It is always important for a solicitor to take into account the possibility of claims when making a will.

If one child has fallen on hard times, even if it was their own fault, it is important to consider that he or she may make a claim and that will involve the estate in expense and legal fees which will reduce the value of the estate for all beneficiaries.

This was a very fun shoot!Shooting competitions are always a challenge and something you can participate in for a lifetime without ever truly mastering as tends to be the case with all martial arts.

With that having been said, it’s always nice to mix things up a little bit and force yourself to perform outside of the confines of your usual training habits.

To be honest, the contact I was wearing, the mask I had on and the plate carrier with legitimate HESCO.

plates in it were all factors I had to your work with in order to get through the day.

Overall I dealt with these various factors fairly well but I definitely noticed how they impacted my overall performance.

The contacts negatively impact my vision, the mask forced me to consider my economy of oxygen while trying to push myself and the plate carrier slowed my movements, constricted my breathing, and did all the fun things that many of us know play cares tend to do on your body.

Bazzel Baz has emerged to be one of the most special men I have interacted with in a very long time.

A true warrior of the physical and spiritual kind.

Individuals like him are of the rarest breed in my opinion and experience and I can only hope that as I evolve and mature, one day I can join the ranks of these great men.Bazzel has lived the life of a warrior and has done everything from CIA special operations leadership roles to Marine Corps Unit leadership roles to even having a career in Hollywood.

The question I think that is posed to a man after he has climbed most of the mountains he has seen and survived many battlefields that have swallowed up so many of the best of us is simply what fight do I contribute to next?

What battle may I be honored to participate in and what adversity deserves my attention given the skill sets and experience a warrior like this acquires on his journey. So these days Bazzel Baz finds himself leading an elite organization rescuing children called “Association for the recovery of children” (ARC).This organization is the real deal, not the type of place you just give money to so you feel better and can sleep better at night but rather the type of place that puts boots on the ground and snatch the children from pitch-black darkness. We’ve got more than an epidemic of children missing in America and around the world and they’re being sold into modern-day slavery but you won’t hear anything about it in the media because they’re so busy causing social disruption over trivial issues that are designed to weaken the public.

We live in an age of modern-day child sex slavery and I’m honored to be connected to a man who, by the grace of God, has to do his part at ending legitimate modern atrocities.
