The Vietnam government has decided to issue Vietnam eVisa Online.

Vietnam will reopen to international tourists.

The visa will start issuing from July 1 to citizens of 80 countries.

Citizens in 80 countries can now apply online for eVisa as of July 1 2020, the government said in a resolution signed Monday.

Resolution 79 / NQ-CP was issued in accordance with the law on aliens entering, leaving, transiting and residing in Vietnam.Tourism accounts for 12% of Vietnam's GDP and will be one of the first nations in Southeast Asia to start reviving its economy with international tourism.Visitors with electronic visas can enter Vietnam at eight international airports or land through 16 international border gates and 13 seaports across the country.8 airports are:Noi Bai in HanoiTan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh CityCam Ranh in Khanh Hoa ProvinceDa Nang in the namesake cityCat Bi in Hai PhongCan Tho in the eponymous cityPhu Quoc in Kien Giang ProvincePhu Bai in Thua Thien-Hue ProvinceThe first COVID-19 arrived in Vietnam in early January.
