Most often, a corporate video is created to promote your company, products or services.

However, there are so many more uses of video by businesses of all sizes.

'How to' videos are a great resource for companies that sell products that have many instructions eg computer software.Along with instruction manuals, you can create short videos that show your customers how to make the best use of your product.

Not only may it make a potential customer choose your product, but it can help your website rank more highly if customers are spending a long time on your website viewing your help videos. If your staff are based at home or in many different shops or offices, then 1 video can be used to communicate a message to all your staff.

This means they get the same message and the management needs only record it once.

At STROMA Films in Edinburgh, we have many years of experience creating all types of corporate videos for our clients.

STROMA FilmsWith so many hours of content produced over the years and only a very small amount of time in which to present it, we’d be lying if we said the challenge of producing this showreel project was easy.“But hang on!” I hear you say, “Isn’t producing short form narratives in an online format what you specialise in?”Absolutely.

It’s something that we do day in, day out.

However, the difference here is that the films in our portfolio have been made for somebody else, to a very particular brief when, ultimately, what we needed was for the same films to tell our own story.Learn more about STROMA Films, how they created their showreel and how they can help you promote your services, business, or products with their award-winning video production skills.

Charles Rennie Mackintosh's Oak Room Charles Rennie Mackintosh was a Scottish architect, designer and artist who became famous worldwide. His stunning architecture can be seen around Glasgow particularly at the Scotland Street School and the Glasgow School of Art. Catherine Cranston or Kate as she was commonly known contracted Mackintosh to design her tea rooms in Glasgow. These tea rooms were very popular in the early 1900s and loved by the people of Glasgow. The Oak Room was originally designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh in 1907 for her Ingram Street tearooms in Glasgow. In 1971 Glasgow Museums salvaged and stored the Oak Room.
