- सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 21 वर्ष से चले आ रहे पति पत्नी के मध्य विवाद को निपटा कर दोनों को मिलवा दिया। बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आंध्रप्रदेश के गुंटूर से पति पत्नी के मध्य का विवाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुँचा था। इस मामले की सुनवाई सीजेआई एनवी रमना और जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने की। अहम बात यह रही कि इस विवाहित जोड़े को आपसी में मिलवाने के लिए प्रधान न्यायाधीश को अंग्रेजी की बजाय तेलगु भाषा का प्रयोग करना पड़ा।कोर्ट की सुनवाई के दौरान याचिकाकर्ता महिला ने निजी तौर पर अपना पक्ष रखा।प्रधान न्यायाधीश ने यह देखा कि महिला को अंग्रेजी बोलने में समस्या उत्पन्न हो रही है। ऐसे में चीफ जस्टिस रमना महिला से तेलगु भाषा मे बात करने लगे। महिला मुस्कुराते हर सहज हो गई। https://lawtrend.in/cji-ne-mahila-ko-telugu-me-sikh-di/

प्रयागराज–इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने बिजनौर के थाना नगीना में दो पत्रकारों के विरुद्ध दर्ज मुकदमे में उनकी गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी है।कोर्ट ने पत्रकार विनीत नारायण और रजनीश दुवा की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाते हुए सरकार से जवाब मांगा है।इनके विरूद्ध रामजन्म भूमि ट्रस्ट से जुड़े चंपत राय के भाई ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी।पत्रकारों पर आरोप लगाया गया है कि उन्होंने ट्विटर और फेसबुक पर देश के प्रधानमंत्री मुख्यमंत्री उत्तरप्रदेश व मोहन भागवत का ध्यान आकर्षित कर एक पोस्ट डाली। पोस्ट में एनआरआई महिला अल्का लाहोटी की गौशाला की जमीन कब्जा करने का चंपत राय के भाई संजय बंसल पर आरोप लगाया गया। संजय बंसल ने 19 जून 2021 को एफआईआर दर्ज कराई। जस्टिस एसपी केसरवानी व जस्टिस पीयूष अग्रवाल की खंडपीठ ने पत्रकारों की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी है।https://lawtrend.in/allahabad-hc-ne-patrakaron-ki-giraftari-par-lagai-rok/

गुंडा एक्ट के तहत पारित एक आदेश को निरस्त करते हुए इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ पीठ ने कहा है किएक मामले से कोई  आदतन अपराधी नहीं माना जा सकता जब तक अपराधों की पुनरावृत्ति ना हो रही है। यूपी गुंडा नियंत्रण अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 6(1) के तहत आयुक्त देवी पाटन मंडल, गोंडा द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 11.2.2021 और जिलाधिकारी द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 3.12.2020 के खिलाफ एक याचिका दायर की गयी थी,  जिसके द्वारा  याची को जिला बदर कर दिया गया था।याचिकाकर्ता के वकील श्री पवन कुमार मिश्रा ने प्रस्तुत किया कि याचिकाकर्ता के खिलाफ एक अकेला आपराधिक मामला है जिसमे याचिकाकर्ता बेल पर है, इसलिए उसे आदतन अपराधी नहीं कहा जा सकता है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि याचिकाकर्ता न तो गैंग लीडर है और न ही किसी गैंग का सदस्य है।
