Nebeus, a crypto lending platform, on November 10th, 2020, launched a convertible loan crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs, a leading online platform for investing in the equity of startups and other growth companies in Europe.
Proceeds from this campaign will be leveraged to expand its reach and introduce new products and services, like the brand-new Nebeus Mastercard, planned for Q1 2021.
Nebeus plans to apply for an Electronic Money Institution License in the UK before the end of 2020.
Furthermore, in 2021, Nebeus will be applying for an additional EMI License in Spain to comply with the EU rules and regulations after Brexit.
The principal sum of both the investments, respectively, plus 8% interest, will convert into equity shares at a 20% discount to the price of Nebeus shares during the Series A round.
Moreover, Nebeus will acknowledge its crowdfunding investors with unique perks, depending on their investment size.
