Nintendo Switch: No New Console Reveal For This E3 2019!

Recently Bloomberg revealed that Nintendo is planning to introduce brand new variants for its Switch gaming console lineup. The report even aforementioned the possibility of the introduction of so-called new consoles are quite high during the upcoming E3 2019 event which is secluded for the month of June.

But all the excited community members came to a halt with the floating theories and speculations when the CEO at Nintendo Switch, Shuntaro Furukawa decided to clarify the massive confusion amongst the fans and community members. He clearly stated that Nintendo is not inclined towards unveiling any new hardware and they will not be taking part in the upcoming E3 2019 event.

Furukawa claimed that Nintendo Switch brand has no current plans to introduce any new hardware associated with its gaming consoles and they actually don’t have any intentions to be the part of this year’s E3 expo.

Moreover, he accreted that internally Nintendo always makes a constant effort to come up with new hardware which stills leases a minuscule of a possibility that Nintendo might reveal its new Switch consoles somewhere later down 2020.

A lot of hints and speculations have suggested that Nintendo is undergoing developments for two new Switch gaming consoles which would provide gamers with a range of different products to choose from.

Japanese business insider newspaper namely Nikkei hinted that Nintendo is developing two new Switch devices. One is named Switch Lite, and the other is said to be Switch Pro. Although no specific details or specifications are stated, still some initial information suggests that Switch Lite would be a little inferior in comparison to other two devices and Switch Pro would have exclusive features which the remaining two won’t include.

It is also speculated that the Nintendo Switch Lite would be a bit cheaper in cost and avail all the titles offered on the devices, still the Pro version of Switch would allow players to connect their device with television to better experience the games which would directly rise-up the base price for it in comparison to the other two.

Many gaming experts believe that Nintendo previously had some plans to join the E3 event but with the leaked reports of Microsoft bringing its disc-less Next-Gen Xbox, halted Nintendo from coming to E3 2019.

In addition to Microsoft, Sony is also set to unveil its PlayStation 5 which has already set a massive competition in the gaming market, so Nintendo Switch would instead let two tech giants duel it out against each other and enter in the market during an appropriate time.

Let’s see how Nintendo Switch acts in the current market scenario and how would it seek the appropriate opportunity to unveil its new hardware for its fans. Moreover, Nintendo Switch requires some options for players to choose a suitable device as per their needs, so Nintendo Switch will really have to come up with something exclusive real soon to keep a constant hold in its market share.
