Boku No Hero Academia Releases a Teaser Trailer for Heroes Rising

My Hero Academia, arguably the most famous and successful shounen anime released in the previous decade, also known as Boku No Hero Academia,  has released a teaser trailer for its second full length feature movie, Heroes Rising.

With the fourth season coming this October, the movie release is definitely going to raise the excitement among the anime community even more than it already has.

To be known as part of the new big three and the successor of shounen series My Hero Academia is a worldwide success among Otakus and even non-anime watchers.

MHA is a story about an Earth where people are born with their unique special superpowers called Quirks. We follow the main protagonist, Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku as he begins his journey to become the greatest hero there ever was.

My Hero Academia was an instant hit among the Japanese and even in the west where it has gained its own fandom.

Now about the new movie, it was originally going to be the finale of the ongoing series, and it is going to be the debut of All for One heir named Nine.

The teaser trailer shows and confirms to everyone’s delight that all the UA high students are going to feature in the upcoming movie.

The movie is set to be released on 20th December this year. The appearance of Tomura Shigaraki is yet a mystery and is not known publicly.

The official description of the movie goes like this: A must-watch passionate tale. In the flick, class A members such as Deku, Bakugo, Ochaco, Todoroki etc from UA High will be making an appearance. While a number of people across the globe admired All, it was a tragedy that he had to give up his role as a Symbol of Peace. Because of this, an evil force who was lurking in the dark is going to appear. An antagonist named Nine who can be considered the greatest villain thus far will make himself known to the world.”

Although the movie is supposed to be a finale to the movie franchise, the MHA fans should not worry about the series ending itself. Since the original source material, the manga of the same name by Kohei Horikoshi is not showing any signs of ending, and the same goes for the anime too.

My Hero Academia has been running in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen manga Jump since the early July 2014, and it has become one of the most famous and loved shounen series out there.
