Some pics have been leaked regarding the China-based mobile company, TCL currently working on a phone with a slide-out display. According to the pics, it can be seen that the new device is not foldable, instead, it will feature a slide-out display. The phone will look different than the Galaxy Z Flip and Motorola Razr. The newly built phone has a standard look, but it can be further turned into a tablet when you will pull out the screen.
The company was to launch the phone in Mobile World Congress this month, but due to the spread of the Coronavirus all across the world, it has changed its plan for the trade show of Mobile World Congress 2020. TCL also makes BlackBerry phones and Alcatel and said in a press conference that the company is worried about the spread of the deadly virus. They went on to state that they do not intend to put the health of its customers, staff, press and other guests at risk.
The company said that they are concerned about the widespread Coronavirus right now and so looking at the severity of the situation, it is deciding to make some modifications in the plan. However, the company has still its plan to unveil the devices of the latest designed mobile with exciting features and the company will do it through the convention centre in Barcelona in the Fira Gran by its booth.
However, TCL didn’t respond to the request over comments about the latest phone but if we look into the leaked photos of the phone then it seems that the phone has one continuous display. The latest phone has curved screens on its either side and has a break in the framework in between the right side of the dual-facing camera and the centre of the phone. The break can be used to pull the two sides of the phone to pull apart so that the users could see and use the surplus screen.
There is not much known about the mechanism of the phone working as how it will work, but it could be speculated that might be one side of the phone wraps or bends behind. If the users will see the latest phone from its backside then it becomes clear that the enlarged portion is nonglass and it is backing support to the extended part. It seems that the features of the latest phone would allow the users to use the phone with much more efficient battery life and could solve the problems that often cropped up with the foldable phones.
The concept of the design of the latest phone is appearing to be based on the 10Pro model launched by TCL and still, most of the pros and cons of the design of the newly developed phone are not known. But, the users could very soon get all possible news about the latest phone as the company is very much positive about its approach to introduce it among the users.
