First of all, install the toolkit program related to MS Edge Blocker.
Then, tap the Executable setup file and then hit the “Yes” tab located on the UAC prompt box.

Now, search and browse a particular location where you wish to put the extracted file and then tap the “OK” button.
Next, navigate towards the folder and then launch the given command:
“Edge_Chromium_Blocker._cmd.”

Executable restricting script (CMD).
Group Policy Admin Format (.ADML + .ADMX).

“HKEY_LOCAL_ MACHINE \_SOFTWARE_\Microsoft \ Edge_Update.”

Then, search for the provided value “Do_Not_Update_To_Edge_With_Chromium.”
Now, you have to apply double click on given value data and then type “1” into the value box to prevent MS Edge Chromium updates from updating on your device.
Note: In case you wish to turn “On” this feature in the coming days, then you should use “0” in place of 1. Microsoft provides Edge as a substitute for Google Chrome too, which provides regular updates for its improvements.

To check that the method worked successfully, then follow these steps:

Hit the Windows key, or you can launch the Start Menu also.
Then enter the keyword “Regedit” and make sure that the registry key is added successfully in the location “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \_SOFTWARE _>_ Microsoft _>_ Edge_Updatea.”
After checking the registry key location, then make sure that the given value is located at the right-hand side section of your page:
“DoNot_UpdateToEdge_With_Chromium”=dword:_00000001. “

Now, follow the on-screen instruction to proceed with your task.
Using Group Policy Editor Tool

First and foremost, launch the Group Policy Editor tool by tapping the Start button and then enter “gpedit.msc,” followed by tapping enter key.
After that, look for the following path and then hit the Enter key:
“Computer Configuration_/Administrative_Templates / Windows_Components /Windows_Update.”

Now, you have to apply double click on Chromium enabled Microsoft Edge Blockers.
After that, hit the enabled tab, and after that, tap on the “Apply” button there.
