The Basis of a Very Low Calorie Diet

There's no surer way to lose weight   Zotrim Review  than with a very low calorie diet. After all, calories form a big part of the winning weight loss formula. When people want to lose weight, what they essentially have to do is take a look at their calorie formula. We take in calories every single day through the food and beverages we eat and drink. We convert these calories into the energy that we need to do our daily activities, so in every activity that we do, we burn some of these calories. To maintain your present weight, the calories you take in should be equal to the calories you burn. If the calories you take in outweigh the calories you burn considerably, this is how you gain weight. On the other hand, if the calories you burn are more than the calories you take in, you tend to lose weight. Knowing this formula by heart is essential to losing weight, because when you know it by heart you can play with it and take advantage of it.

When people burn fewer calories than they take in, they gain weight because at the end of the day the calories get stored in their body as fat. This weight gain is not drastic, but it builds up over time. For every single day that you eat more than you exercise, you're adding fatty deposits to your body until such time that these fatty deposits are big enough and flabby enough to make you gain weight or look fat. The key then is to exercise as much as you eat, to ensure that all the calories you take in are burned and that none of them are stored as fat. If you want to take it a step further, you will exercise more than you eat, and this will help you lose the weight because your body will burn the stored energy or the stored fatty deposits instead. There's another way to look at the weight loss equation though, and this is the basis of a very low calorie diet.

To lose weight you can increase your calorie burning while the calorie intake remains constant. However, if you don't want to change the amount of calories you burn by adding more physical activities to your daily schedule, what you can do is decrease your calorie intake instead. Even if the calorie burning part of the equation remains constant, if you do drastic changes to the calorie intake part then this will lead to weight loss as well.
