  • Wall Lateral Pulldown: Stand to have your back against the wall. Place the band around your wrist and stretch your arms over the head. Pull the arms down such that your elbows are at the side, making a 90-degree angle. Return to the starting position. Repeat. 
  • Triceps Extension: You can tone your triceps with resistance bands. Hold the band in your hand with elbows bent. Put the right elbow over the head such that your right forearm is parallel to the floor. The left hand should be placed in front of the left shoulder. Extend your arm. As the arm straightens, you will feel the stretch of the bend. Come back to the starting position. Repeat.  
  • Bicep Curl: Sit on your heels or chair. Tuck the band under your right knee and hold it with the right hand. Pull your hand up to your right shoulder against the band. Let your upper arm stay still. Release the hold and then return to the starting position. 
  • High Plank Leg Lifts: This exercise tones your hamstrings, glutes, and abs. Take the position of a high plank. Place the resistance band around your ankles. Engage the core and glutes. Lift the heels against the band. Your body should be aligned and straight. Return to the first position. Switch to the other side. 
  • Jumping Squats: Tone your glutes and thigs with jumping squats using a resistance band. While you have taken the position of squats, the resistance band should be placed above your knees. Your jump should be forceful. Land softly on the balls of your feet. Repeat.
