New Trends of Copper Clad Laminates and their Comparison with CR4 Copper Clad Laminate

Among the copper-clad laminates in which fiberglass is used as reinforcing material, CR4 CCL is most heat resistant which is modified and brominated with epoxy resins. With the up-gradation in the copper-clad laminates industry, paper-based reinforcing material is got replaced with fiberglass, and CR4 fiberglass copper clad laminates are the most widely used CCL's. They are CCL's with excellent dielectric properties, high strength, and heat resistance. They also provide substrate holes that can be filled with metal and provide circuit conductivity in double-layer, multi-layer, rigid, and flexible copper clad laminates.

With the evolution in the industry of electronics, new trends of copper-clad laminates are being introduced in the market which are more heat resistant and reliable as compared to the old ones. Copper clad laminates are the main component used in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards. Read full post originally published at mystrikingly.
