EQUIVALENCES IN MEASUREMENTS OF SPOONS, CUPS, GLASSES

Extensive guide in continuous evolution.

This table is very complete and I am continually modifying and expanding it with measures that I find and that I seek by answering the questions in the comments.

It helps when they give us the recipes in tablespoons, cups, etc., to know the equivalences of the most used ingredients.

It is a useful and necessary guide for measuring many recipes.

To measure a cup , fill the meter without compressing the ingredient.

To "scrape" a tablespoon of ingredient , use a knife to remove excess.

A pinch , is what can be taken between the tips of two fingers
