KIITEE’s Important Information for 2021 examination

KIITEE 2021 will be conducted by the KIIT University for the various undergraduate and postgraduate admissions. KIITEE is the short form of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination. It will be held in July 2021 via online mode around 69 cities spread across 27 states and UTs in India. Usually, 2 – 3 lakhs candidates take the test for 3 hours.

 

Before taking the examination, here are the essential information about the KIITEE 2021 Exam:

  • Candidates get four marks for each of their correct answers
  • While one mark is deducted if candidates give anyone a wrong answer
  • The KIITEE exam is conducted once a year. Therefore every candidate has only one shot at cracking the examination every year.
  • The Kalinga Institute of industrial technology, Bhubaneswar (KIIT University), give their candidates four months to decide and fill-up the form. This year the university has realised its 2021 examination details on December 10thon its official site. And candidates can apply for the examination till 31st March.
  • KIITEE examination dates of 2021 are announced, it will be held from April 14th to 23rd
  • KIITEE 2021 admit card will be realised on June 4th

The students have to apply for the KIITEE examination form via the official website of KIIT University.

The KIITEE is taken for many KIIT courses like:

B.Tech

Any candidate should be a 10+2 pass or equivalent from the science stream with at least 60% marks. Candidates should have studied in a regular full – time formal education. They should have compulsory subjects – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics all taken together

B.Tech-LE

People opting for this course should be a 10+2 pass from the science stream with at least 60% marks. The 10+2 pass certificate should be recognised by the State Council of Technical Education of any State.

Bachelor of Architecture

The student should be a 10+2 pass or equivalent from the science stream with at least 50% marks. The students should have compulsory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and should also pass in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) which is conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA), JEE Main Paper II

B.A.LL.B/BBA LL.B/B.Sc. LL.B

Any candidate should be a pass out of a proper school from any stream with at least 45% marks. For this particular course B.A.LL.B/BBA LL.B/B.Sc. LL.B. Students should be from the Science stream to opt for this course.

BBA

The candidate should be a school pass out from any stream and having a compulsory subject of mathematics/ business mathematics/ economics/ statistics as one of its 10+2 issues.

BCA

The candidate should be a 10+2 pass with at least 50% marks secured while having a mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects.

Bachelor of Design (Fashion/Textile)

Any candidate should be a 10+2 pass or equivalent from any stream with at least 50% marks. A Central or State Board should recognise the candidate.

Bachelor in Film & Television Production

Any candidate should be a 10+2 pass or equivalent from any stream with at least 50% marks. The candidate should have a relevant interest in the subject taught in the course.
