  • And next, to enable the uninstall feature, you will have to paste the following text in the text editor. Type “experimentalFeatures”: 

“uninstall”: true,

“list”: true

and then save the file with an extension .json.

  • To view the list of the installed applications, you will have to use the command “winget list.”
  • Now, to uninstall the app using the Windows Package Manager, you will have to use the command ‘winget uninstall <app name>.’ Make sure to add the app’s name in the bracket.
  • And after you are done entering the uninstall command, you will be able to see a progress bar along with the text stating “Starting Package Uninstall” in the PowerShell/Command Prompt window. And once the progress bar hits 100%, a message will appear on your computer screen confirming that the app is successfully uninstalled on your computer system. And now, the app will not be available to use on your Windows 10 computer.
