In order to provide optimum resistance to inter – granular corrosion and to polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking in service temperatures at 1500 Degree F – 1650 Degree F in 303 Stainless Steel Angle, an air cool may be used. Simply having a high temperature 303 Stainless Steel Chain with chromium and nickel without these elements would be insufficient for a metal dusting application. A finer grain size greatly increases the rate of 303 Stainless Steel H-Beam at which chromium can diffuse to the surface to form a protective film.
