A perfect residential opportunity in a growing city

Greater Faridabad is fast becoming an ultra modern city with a number of modern and well designed high rise residential Apartment buildings being constructed at a furious pace.  A number of well known construction companies have joined in to build all types of residential and commercial projects in the city, amongst them – Puri Constructions, The Omaxe Group, Godrej Properties, WTC Group and the BPTP Group. The BPTP Group however has delivered more residential space in the city than any other company in the shape of plots, high rise apartments and commercial projects like SCO’s.

BPTP Princess Park is one of the High rise residential projects delivered by the BPTP Group. Princess Park consists of 2 and 3 BHK flats in sector 86 Faridabad. The location of the project in sector 86 has been very well picked out.  The sector is around 12 kms from the Delhi Faridabad border and it takes just 15 minutes to drive to the project site after crossing the border.  The nearest Metro station is at Old Faridabad just 7 minutes away.  Then comes the connection to the medical and educational institutions i.e. the hospitals and schools. Here too there is excellent and wide choice at hand.  For the hospitals there is the Amrita Hospital in sector 88 which is just 3 minutes drive from sector 86 and then there are other hospitals like the Metro Heart Institute which are a bit further in the range of 5 to 6 minutes. Regarding the schools there are some very good schools nearby. The best of these include the Modern School, the SRS International School and the Mukul Convent School.  There are at least 15 more well known and good schools just five minutes drive further out so the choice is wide.

Prices for the Flats in Princess Park are in the range of 34 lacs and go up to 65 lacs depending on the size of the apartment you choose. Bank loans can be made available and are subject to the banker’s terms and conditions.

It is truly a magnificent residential prospect in a growing city.
