Venue, Food, Flowers, DJ, Check!

Having a wedding, finding wedding DJs near you, ensuring the venue is perfect, ordering the right and magnificent flowers, choosing a cake, and of course, doing the guest list, booking a photographer and organising the seating and invitations are all hugely important aspects of a wedding. Most couples get engaged first, decided on a date for the wedding, tell their loved ones and friends, and then start with all the arrangements. While there is no specific order, this is what we suggest.

Settle on a date, find the venue and book a DJ

Once you have settled on a date, start looking for a venue and wedding DJs. The venue is important and a huge weight will be shifted once you have made this choice. The music is also important and so once you have found the right DJ, you are almost a third of the way there!

Organise the decor, flowers, photographer and cake

Think of a theme you might be having, be it colour or style, organise the decor, choose beautiful flower arrangements and ensure you have a photographer for the day / night. Take your time over choosing a wedding cake and remember, you only get married once. Choose a very special one!

Do the seating

By now you have sent out the invitations and you have all the replies. Start doing the seating, knowing that you may have to make at least a dozen changes.

Of course in all of this is the wedding dress, the suit, all the bridesmaid’s, speeches, shoes and more! Getting married is so much fun. Give yourselves plenty of time to prepare, unless of course you are planning on eloping.

Have you got everything under control? Have you found the venue, wedding dj melbourne, the flowers, the cake, the photographer? Yes? Great, you can focus on your wedding dress now.
