Any food prepared from or involving the milk of various mammals, primarily cows, water buffalos, goats, sheep, and camels, is referred to as dairy nutrition or milk goods. Dairy products are heavy in fat and protein, making them popular among dieters, especially those on weight-loss plans. Many people may be curious about what is in dairy products and why they are so good for the body. Simply simply, dairy products are high in nutrients that are good for the human body. Calcium, which is crucial for bone formation; potassium, which is rich in milk and other dairy products; phosphorus, which is also abundant in milk; and vitamin D, which is also abundant in milk and other dairy products, are just a few of these nutrients.
