James Gunn, you've done it again. We are three years in, and the Guardians are only a month in. They use their status as "galactic saviors" to get unusual general defense/protection jobs in the universe, and when Rocket (Bradley Cooper) takes advantage of the proximity of valuables, they encounter the extremely rarely pretentious Golden Man (played by Elizabeth Debicki). This is important for the quality of the film

The mysterious man appears to rescue them, then reveals himself and tells Peter Kivill, aka Star-Lord (the one and only Chris Pratt), that he is the father of Ego (Kurt Russell). This is a huge announcement for Peter and becomes the centerpiece and central event of the film's plot. It is important for the quality of the film that this is the center from which all the unique aspects of the film emerge. The ego itself is the best character because it is the most natural, but also the most complex and intricate, connected to the center of the film.

Actors stand out with their performances

Kurt Russell performs his role with the intelligence and ease of a trained veteran, at times making the less convincing performances of his fellow actors more convincing and at times making the actors stand out with his performance. Chris Pratt succeeds on both counts. I like Pratt, I like Star-Lord, and I like the premise of this adventure, but neither this nor that nor this nor that works as it should. This flirting scene is suggestive because that's what we know about Peter, but since we're told he's now pursuing a girl - Gamora (Zoe Saldana) - it doesn't make sense for him to flirt with other women in this way.

The film manages to entertain as well as inform

His father provides much of the material for the drama, and there are several stages to their relationship which allow different emotions to be expressed. Only one section took time, the others were done all at once. Using them would have meant rearranging the events and the pace of the film, but it worked in favor of Peter's character. At best, Peter is given the same advantages as the other characters in the film. All recurring characters are developed equally and in pairs separately. Gamora and Nebula (Karen Gillan) deepen the animosity between the siblings. Drax (Dave Bautista) and newcomer Mantis (Pam Clementeff) together make for wonderfully effective comic scenes.

These supporting characters are quite compelling on their own

Mantis benefits greatly from the fact that his new, unique character is already established and needs nothing more. Rocket and Yondu (Michael Rooker) also run into each other to further develop their characters. Baby Groot (Vin Diesel) never gets too far behind Rocket but develops on his own, and there's also Kraglin (Sean Gunn), who gets his character. These supporting characters are compelling enough on their own; in the context of the film as a whole, they seem more like a distraction. The thread connecting them to the core of the film is very thin and very long, so while they are all technically connected, they might as well not be, because they give the core of the film meaning.

The stage of the emotional journey

I see what you mean. The fans love these characters, and I'm sure James Gunn does too, and there's a very strong desire to focus on each of them. Unfortunately, this best-intentioned decision (for example) is the film's undoing, because no one gets the attention they deserve when there is such widespread concern. The original Watchmen focused solely on Peter, so while the film has a heart as a resource that sets the stage for the emotional journey and creates a common theme, the focus of the film is too confusing to be used properly, making the film feel disjointed. The problem is that the story is not told entirely from Peter's point of view, and this is the root of all the film's problems. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this film as much as any other.

Turns and progress pulled me

By the end, I had to put up with its flaws, but by then I was fully engaged, 100% forgiven, and enthralled. The visuals (sometimes too much) captured me, the jokes and punchlines worked (even if they were a little weaker overall, there were more of them), the twists and developments drew me in (they were also surprisingly well-executed and rooted in the darker core of the film) and the music made me open to all the love for the characters I could muster. It was everything I had asked for and more, I was satisfied. This time it was impossible to do so because the plot was what it was, so maybe it was as good as it could have been, but it still pales in comparison to the first groundbreaking film.

Other sponsors to make the film

Who knows if the second viewing will be as light and open (it's one thing to overlook and ignore problems, it's another to deny their existence), but either way I'm happy with how it had been. If nothing else, I'd like to sincerely thank James Gunn for the scene where Peter asks the other Guardians to make a movie. That's half the reason I love Guardians of the Galaxy. The other half is the unexpectedly deep heart behind this kind of fun and humor - it wasn't in one thing, but it wasn't there at all if you want to look for it.

In this film, it is not surprising that there is such a universe

Very much a copy of the original where it doesn't matter, very little a spiritual copy where it doesn't matter, "Vol. 2" is a traditional Marvel sequel; more of the same on steroids. It creates problems while bringing back the sources of our original fascination. Its success depends on the success of the original and given the dooku of the original that this film had, it's not surprising that it has such a cosmic concentration of hysteria - if only all that hysteria could be put into a more succinct, well-structured context to better highlight the fun and excitement of the characters and the feelings in their hearts. Two galactic rescuers? Sure, but repetition of the past doesn't get you very far.You can also download and watch online movies at 9xmovies for free.
