Types Of Temperature Controllers

Temperature controllers are essential for minimizing component damage and guaranteeing safe, efficient operation in numerous types of industrial systems. If heat levels go outside of a predetermined working range, the system may malfunction, resulting in extended downtime, additional personnel requirements, and increased expenses. Bio-medical equipment repair temperature controllers come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Temperature controllers come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

• Digital Temperature Controllers

Both AC and DC voltages are monitored and controlled digitally in the DTC-T series. These controllers offer a low voltage and electromagnetic-wave output, as well as built-in adaptors that allow for unique time and temperature settings. This series also remembers the prior time and temperature settings for you. DTC-T controllers have a compact, lightweight design and are simple to use and control. They are compatible with a variety of other heating devices. More than 10,000 parameters are accessible, and this series does not require any additional controllers or circuit design. There are four different power options to choose from: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% input.

• Micro Temperature Controllers

Micro temperature controllers – These small, light, and compact controllers are ideal for applications where space is limited. Microcontrollers do not require new controls and can be retrofitted into current applications without requiring circuit layout changes. It's simple to include heating capabilities into current applications. These temperature controllers include an on/off temperature control technology as well as over 10,000-time interval settings. They can be used with ultra-thin flexible heaters and space-constrained goods.

• Four-phase temperature controllers

The DTC-N series, on the other hand, controls power input through pulse width modulation (PWM). These controllers, unlike DTC, feature four temperature settings: 40°C, 45°C, 50°C, and 55°C. The temperature sensor in this series is NTC, and the precision level is 20 °C to 60 °C 1 °C. The DTC-N series offers a lightweight option for temperature control and enables easy management of the time and power settings. This controller is compatible with both AC (110V/220V) and DC (12V-24V) voltages and can remember previous settings.

• DTC Temperature Controllers

The DTC-A series was created with accuracy in mind. Temperatures can be regulated to within 1°C of the desired temperature without the use of external relays. Time intervals of 30 minutes to 24 hours can be chosen on the controllers. DTC-A controllers are simple to operate and remember a prior time and temperature settings. Both prewired and self-connect devices are available. For lab testing, room heating, and end-product temperature management applications, these models can be used with ultra-thin flexible heaters and other types of heaters.

Temperature controls are used in a variety of settings, including industrial, commercial, and residential. They serve the same goal in all of these situations: to measure and manage the temperature levels within the room to attain the required conditions. This capability is especially significant in industrial processes where exact temperature levels are required to accomplish and maintain safe operations.
