This may speed up the financial payback period to three to five years, resulting in considerable savings.

 

Aside from these advantages, pipeline coating can help eliminate the need for inhibitors and ensure that the product is delivered cleanly. As a result, this might be a low-cost, low-maintenance corrosion control alternative that provides adequate and consistent protection.

As a norm, all pipe ends are capped with end caps before the blast cleaning operation begins. Because pipe preparation is such a crucial component of coating application, the cleaning procedure is given great care in order to achieve the highest possible quality. Two outside blast cabinets are used in the technique, the first of which utilises steel shot and the second of which uses steel grit. The optimum abrasive grades and control settings are employed to provide the greatest results.
