A bodybuilder will generally train every day. It might be slightly different, as in they may lift weights and do the exercise circuit four times a week, and they might do long runs twice a week. But depending on their level of commitment, they may work out and do a run every day. Most people who are bulking up eat a lot of protein, as that is the way to ensure that your body recovers and that your muscles recover, after a hectic workout. But you do need a balanced diet and so it is not a bad idea to consult a nutritionist too. Or, read up a lot about the eating plans of successful body builders. If you don’t get enough vitamins and minerals, take supplements which you can get from most pharmacists or that you can buy online.
