This spectacular villa has three bedrooms, two of which are located upstairs and the third on the lower level western side of the house with its own high ceiling pitch roof and a small en suite bathroom. The master bedroom upstairs has a double vanity unit with a step-in rain shower and wall-mounted water jets, large enough for two persons. The double swing doors in the bedroom open up to a large balcony approximately 10 feet wide and 12 feet long with a covered trellis, protecting it from rain but still open to the expansive Ocean View and cooling breeze that sweeps through the property.
The second bedroom upstairs has a built-in hardwood double stack bunk bed that can accommodate recreational space for the kids, very comfortably with lots of space or enough room for a working station.
The main feature of the house is the gorgeous and elegant Italian Scavalini cream-colored Lacquered kitchen with a Quartz Top island and its 36 inch Vulcan Range with a 12-inch wide grill. The kitchen and living space are not separated by physical walls providing for a fully open plan design.
