The Official Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry Oven Recipes for SP101

Here’re two of easy recipes using Ninja foodie SP101:


1.  Granola with Cashews: A perfect breakfast for kids and adults

 

Prep Time: 5 mins , Total time: 32 mins


Utensils required : Ninja Foodie SP101



Ingredients List:


●      3 cups oats (most preferable old-fashioned rolled oats)

 

●      2 cups raw cashews or any mixed raw nuts of your choice(such as pecans, walnuts, almonds)

 

●      1 cup unsweetened coconut chips

 

●      1/2 cup honey

 

●      1/4 cup vegetable oil, extra Virgin olive oil, or walnut oil

 

●      1/3 cup packed light brown sugar

 

●      1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or 1/8 teaspoon fine salt

 

●      dried cranberries or any other berries of your choice (optional)

 


Directions:

 

  • Step 1:Place all the ingredients like oats, nuts, coconut, honey, oil, brown sugar, and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly in a large even layer on the sheet pan.


  • Step 2:Select BAKE, set temperature to 325 F, and set time to 12 minutes. Select START/PAUSE to begin preheating.


  • Step 3:Once the unit has preheated evenly, slide the pan into the oven.


  • Step 4:After 5 to 6 minutes, remove the pan and stir the granola, return the pan to the oven, and resume cooking.


  • Step 5:When cooking is complete, remove the pan. Let the granola cool down to room temperature, then stir in the berries of your choice. If you don’t want to serve right away, store in an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy!

 


Spicy Pork Lettuce Cups:

 

Prep Time: 15 mins ,Total time: 30 mins


Utensils required: Ninja Foodie SP101, Small Bowl, Ninja Sheet Pan

 


Ingredients List:

 

  • 1 medium pork tenderloin (about 1 pound),

 

  • 2/3 cup any asian style sauce

 

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

 

  • 1 medium jalapeno, minced and seeded

 

  • 1 can diced water chestnuts

 

  • 1/2 large (or one very small) red bell pepper, chopped and seeded

 

  • 2 scallions chopped, white and green parts separated

 

  • 1 head butter lettuce or boston lettuce

 

  • 1/2 cup roasted nuts of your choice , prefered chopped almonds or peanuts (optional

 

  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro (optional)

 


Directions:

 

  • Step 1:Cut the tenderloin into 1/2-inch slices and evenly place them on the sheet pan. Add about 3 tablespoons of Asian style sauce, stir the cornstarch into the remaining sauce and set aside.

 

  • Step 2:Select AIR ROAST, set temperature to 375, a set time to about 12 minutes. Select the START/PAUSE button to start preheating.

  

  • Step 3:Once the unit has preheated, set the pan into the oven. 

 

  • Step 4:After 5 minutes, remove the pan from the oven. Place the pork slices on a cutting board. Place the jalapenos, water chestnuts, red peppers, and white parts of the scallions on the sheet pan and pour the remaining sauce over it. Stir to coat the vegetables evenly with the sauce. Set the pan to the oven and resume cooking.

 

  • Step 5:While the vegetables cook, chop the pork into small pieces. Separate the lettuce leaves. How many leaves you need depends on size and your appetite.

 

  • Step 6:After 5 minutes, remove the pan from the oven. Add the pork to the vegetables, stir evenly to combine. Set the pan to the oven and resume cooking for the another 2 minutes, until the pork is warmed back up and the sauce has reduced slightly.

 

  • Step 7:After 2 minutes of cooking, remove the pan from the oven. Place the pork and vegetables in a small serving bowl and stir in half the green parts of the scallion’s period to serve, spoon some of the pork and vegetables into each of the lettuce leaves. Top the remaining scallion greens and garnish with the nuts of your choice and cilantro (This is optional). Enjoy!
