Smash Film's tools and processes

SUMMARY-

With large windows and many glass components, rooms, enormous windows, or drapes seem light and comfortable. However, if these massive glass fronts are broken, there is a significant risk of injury.

The protection of glass surfaces is recommended or even required, particularly in public facilities such as kindergartens or schools and in private places such as kindergartens, conservatories, or carports with glass roofs. Compound safety glass is too expensive to use. Using transparent, self-adhesive break securing material, many glass surfaces may be altered with far less money.

Self-adhesive smash guard films are long-lasting, elastic, and maturing-resistant polyester films that increase the glass's resiliency when subjected to high temperatures, such as tension, impact, shock, and even heat.

The whole window panel will not explode if the glass breaks. The resulting glass pieces, however, stay connected to the film. As a result, the danger of harm is considerably reduced. School Security Window Film, for example, may protect glass carport roofs from structural damage.

Shatter guard films are used to create an installation both inside and outdoors. The deciding aspect is the glass surface, which is always covered; nevertheless, since the motions of a ball might influence both sides, it makes sense to install an exterior or internal film in kindergartens. A shatterproof coating from the outside, on the other hand, is typically suited for shop panels.

Graffiti-resistant films that have been trapped on the exterior are quite effective. On the other hand, the chance of burglary is reduced as a result of the attacker's extra time.

We provide transparent rupture protection films in thicknesses ranging from 100 m to 175 m (1,000 m=1mm) for exterior or interior use. It is also recommended that a 300 m thick safety screen (burning safety film) be used; however, burglary safety is a major problem. Shatterproof films may be used on almost any glass surface.

The plastic is protected by self-adhesive break film from the force and disintegration of the glass and shock and even heat from the explosion. The substance is a strong, elastic, and age-resistant silicone. By attaching the resultant glass screw, the panel does not completely shatter in the case of a glass fracture.

Spinner barrier coatings may be used both inside and outside the house and are ideal for practically all ceramic surfaces. That depends on the location and purpose of the film: in preschools, for example, it is useful to bind a smash protection picture from outside and inside since ball sports and other activities offer threats to both sides.
