Bentley has been doing battle in the ultra-luxury sedan segment for some time now, but the 2021 Bentley Flying Spur stands alone now that the Mulsanne is no longer in the running. Its main competitor is the Rolls-Royce Ghost, but since it costs around $100k more than the Flying Spur sedan, it may be better to compare it to something like the Mercedes-Maybach S, even though the latter doesn't possess nearly the same level of prestige. In terms of specs, the Bentley is powered by a choice of V8 or W12 engines, offering 542 horsepower and 626 hp, respectively. Surprisingly, it's the 8-cylinder model that works best as a driver's car, since it was specially designed for a new breed of luxury car owners than don't want to be chauffeured around. That's what the W12 is for, though both models have loads of rear passenger room.
