- Launch the Arlo app on your smartphone. You may also choose to sign in using the my.arlo.com web address.
- Add the SmartHub or base station to the same Arlo account that your camera was connected to originally.
- You can follow the in-app instructions to set up your SmartHub/base station and connect it to the internet.
- Tap on the Settings button and then select My Devices from the menu.
- Select your camera now.
- Scroll down on the screen and tap on the Remove Device button. Your device will now be reset and removed from the Arlo account.
- Now, again go to the My Devices section and tap on the Add New Device button. Head to the Cameras section and click on the Essential button.
- You can now follow the on-screen Arlo app instructions to add your camera.
Once the Arlo camera detects the Smarthub/base station, you can follow the in-app instructions to connect them.
