DigiYatra app beta rolled out in Delhi and Bengaluru airports for paperless travel

The beta version of DigiYatra was launched at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru and the Delhi International Airport on Independence Day. This implies that using the e-gate boarding technology, passengers will be able to board a domestic flight from either of the two locations without having to present any papers. The app's iOS version is anticipated to launch in about a month. At the airports in Bengaluru and Delhi, DigiYatra boarding systems and e-gates are in use, and they are gradually being implemented for all domestic carriers.


Ola expects to launch its first electric car by 2024 and introduce new S1 scooters.

In a press conference held last Monday, the company said that Ola Electric would introduce its first electric car by 2024, in celebration of India's 75 years of independence.


Ola intends to introduce its four-wheeled EV, claiming that the vehicle can accelerate from 0-100 km/hour in four seconds and has a range of more than 500 km per charge. According to Aggarwal, the company's first vehicle will be a "premium" offering and the "fastest and sportiest car" India has ever seen.

It also introduced a version of its electric scooter priced under Rs 1 lakh. By 2026, it aims to manufacture 1 million cars annually.


The launch price for the new scooter version, the Ola S1, which offers a claimed range of 141 km, is Rs 99,999.


Aggarwal said that the Hyperchargers, a public charging network, is yet to begin operating. The company said last year that it would have the largest charging network with 5,000 charging stations installed. However, Aggarwal said the company decided against it as customers preferred home charging.

The PSL will closely collaborate with the WFP to identify projects involving food systems, management, and innovations as part of the three-year partnership.
